Obituary of Regina Witherspoon

Regina Witherspoon was born April 28, 1977 in New Haven, CT. She was one of twenty-one children born to the late Sally and John Arthur Witherspoon.

Regina was the publisher of "A Family of 21". She loved to praise dance and was active in this ministry in Connecticut for many years and was starting fresh with Praise Dance Ministry in South Carolina.

Regina loved hair styling,babysitting and singing. She had a passion to cook, write songs, make people laugh and had a big beautiful smile.

In addition to her parents, Regina was preceded in death by four sisters, Pearly Witherspoon, Ann Witherspoon, JoAnn Witherspoon, Elizabeth Scott and three brothers, John Witherspoon, Johnny Witherspoon and Willie Witherspoon.

Regina departed this life on Thursday, May 3, 2018 in Sumter, SC

She leaves behind to cherish her memories eight sisters, Mary Smith,Barbara Witherspoon, and Lauralee (Earl) Hylton all of Columbia, SC, Cynthia (Ronald) Richardson of Dalzell, SC, Sally (Sammie) Johnson of Rembert, SC, Geneva (Ron) Perkins and Annette Scott of New Haven, CT and Carrie Jones of Wedgefield, SC; eight brothers, Samuel (Tiffany) Witherspoon of Dalzell, SC; Henry (Calandra) Witherspoon of Columbia, SC; Arthur Lee (String bean) Witherspoon, Billy Scott and Tony Witherspoon both of New Haven,CT, Steven (Charlette) Witherspoon of Sumter, SC, Matthew "Mackey" Witherspoon of IN, Arthur Witherspoon

of AL and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family is receiving friends at the home of her sister and brother in law, Cynthia and Ronald Richardson 3000 Dalzell St Dalzell, SC
